Best Allergy-Friendly Mickey Waffles

After my visit this weekend, the vote goes to Ale & Compass! I have had the allergy-friendly waffles at almost every establishment on property and will say, at least in my opinion, these are the absolute best. I had them on two separate occasions and they were cooked to perfection each times. Not too crispy, and not undercooked in the middle. Two thumbs up!

My son has a dairy and egg allergy and they always make him special waffles (even when he was only 1). I think they make the batter fresh so they always seem "fresher" than the normal ones. The flavor isn't much different either.
