Best AK things to do & see ?

What do you like at AK ?
We do not do roller coasters (we will just visit the Yeti shop).

What rides and things to do & see at AK ?

We will have about 4-6 hours at AK to visit one afternoon.

Suggestions ?

Can we do in 4 hours berfore dinner at RFC
Festival of the Lion King
It's Tough to be a Bug!
Maharajah Jungle Trek
Kilimanjaro Safaris - around 5 pm
What else should we do before dinner at AK.

We can do Kali River Rapids - another hot day - we do not want wet clothes for dinner. Or - should we do Kali when we get to AK around 1pm and then do Mahrajah to dry off while walking (of course this depends on afternoon thunder boomers)
- What happens to Kali in a rain storm in the afternoon ?-

Dinner at RFC then.....

After dinner do what rides ? (late night AK park - closes at 10 PM)
Which show should we move after dinner ?

Festival of the Lion King for sure!

This is one of my favorite shows in all of WDW, it's awesome!

The Flights of Wonder bird show is really good, not sure of the times for it.

You might not see many animals on the Safari at 5pm, but the line should
be really short!

Tough to be a Bug is fun, I always enjoy it.
and check out Camp Minnie/Mickey for characters.

Do Tough to Be A Bug during the hottest hours... and what about the parade? Check the times on that.

I'd do Kali first as long as it's not a wet day. Then you can dry off while doing everything else. Since you're staying for emh and have limited time during the daylight hours, I'd do everything you can't do later during the afternoon. Most of that will involve the animal exhibits and the parade (which is great). AK is my favorite park, and you can really see and do a lot there.

Take the time to view the animals around Discovery Island as well as the Pangani trail and Maharaja trek - you can spend lots of time just doing this. Do the Flights of Wonder show. Do the Safari - more than once if you have time. Save ITTBAB, Lion King, Dinoland, etc for after dinner.

We will do the FP for Safari - try for more than once.
Try Kali when we get there - if not raining
Do the animal path walks and find the parade.
Flights of Wonder and swing by Mt Everst to see it and find a stuffed animal Yeti.
Do Festival Lion King and Tough to be a Bug after dinner - better on a full stomach I guess.

You guys are so helpful for a non-roller coaster family !!!
