Best 1 TS Credit RESORT Dining Option?

Hello all! I am undecided about one last reservation for my trip. We are going to AK one day that closes at 5, and are looking for a resort restaurant for that night. I made reservations at Ohana, but I was just wondering if this is the best choice of ALL the 1 TS credit restaurants? Thanks!

We have never tried Ohana but we looove Boma! What time is your dinner at Ohana? If you time it right, you can watch the fireworks at dinner or from the beach after your dinner!

well our reservation is at 6:10, so we will not be able to see the fireworks from Ohaha That was the only reservation that was left due to us switching vacation dates. It is also just my husband and I, no kids. We like all kinds of food, we're 27 and 28.

I chose Boma but Ohana is a great value. We don't have kids so Boma, Grand Floridian Cafe, and Kona tend to be a little less hectic for us and we love the food. Raglan Road in DD is another favorite of ours. Keep in mind Ohana can be hard to get so since you have it, you may want to keep it.

Maya Grill is also a good choice ...

To the OP only you will know what is the best choice for you - take a look at the menus online, consider your families preferences and chose accordingly ... you can't go wrong!

My vote is for Boma AND The Wave. It really depends on what experience you are looking for. Boma is an excellent buffet meal with a wide variety of options. It'd also be fun to take the bus there from AK for dinner and then explore the resort. You can see the animals, visit one of the scheduled activities, etc.

The Wave is a relatively new restaurant over at the Contemporary. It's a further drive from AK, but worth it. The food is very fresh, some is organic, and they really thrive on the "fresh-eating" concept. I found it to be just wonderful.

While we LOVE Ohana, and your DH will probably love all the meat they serve, it is a family restaurant. They have someone come out and sing cheesy songs, teach the hula, and have coconut races. It is not a particularly quiet restaurant. So, if you're looking for something with a more grown-up atmosphere, you may want to go to Kona, Kouzzina, or The Wave.
