Before I read the responses, here is our best~

MK-used to be CRT (bkfst), but since they have gone 2 credit, head for a monorail restaurant.

We are going to try 1 TS Chef's de France, Crystal Palace and Concourse Steakhouse after hearing good things about them. I wish 1900 Park Faire was open during our trip. We would like to try their character dining.

Le Cellier, excellent steaks!
Boma, very good buffet with rather different african foods.
Ohanas, so much food and all of it top notch
San Angel, authentic (not traditional) Mexican food thats great!

Will be trying Les Chefs du France as it's supposed to be very good.

Others that are very good include Kona Cafe, Spoodles, Tony's Town Square, Concourse, Tepanyaki, Marekesh.

after MUCH research--pretty much ALL here--
we booked:

Boma
Kona
Le Cellier
O'hanas
Le Chefs
W.Pucks Cafe (just DH & I--2TS)
Narcoosees (just Mom & I--2TS)

I based this on a combo of recommendations here, as well as looking closely at the menus. We did a character meal on DCL, kids said one is enough. (PHEW!) Not buffet fans, but Boma sounds too unique to pass up.

It's nice to see quite a few of these places keep coming up!

There are others I would like to try...maybe our NEXT trip...

Boma at AK

Boma is at AKL, not AK. Just thought I'd clarify.

I'm a little surprised Whispering Canyon hasn't come up.

Olivia's is largely unknown and very good.

Marrakesh was rather good and unique. The belly dancer was much more tasteful than I feared she might be. It takes quite an athlete to dance like that - and looks like a lot more fun than Pilates. It was a pretty fun meal.

The food in San Angel Inn isn't the best, but the location is unique.

At the PotC in Paris, they have dining a la San Angel Inn - inside the ride. I wish they had addded THAT when they redid PoTC at WDW. It was sooo cool and the food was quite good - Mediteranean seafood...Sorry about getting off topic...but it was really one of my favorite Disney dining experiences.
