Where are some nice communities to rent townhomes? I really like that WH has splash pools. We are looking for a place within 10 miles of Disney with great/fun things to do at the resort.

Any suggestions?

Emerald Island is nice but there's no splash pools at the townhouses. You could probably rent a 4 bedroom pool house for about the same price.
Encantada has townhouses with splash pools.
Paradise Palms also has townhouses with splash pools.
Both of these places are fairly new.

Windsor Palms also has some townhomes with splashpools. Also look at 4 bedroom homes with pools as another option.

Check out Terra Verde. About 5 miles to the World and closer to the airport.

I like the look of it but it does not seem the towmhomes have a splash pool.

At Terra Verde, the 4 bedroom townhomes have pools. The 3 bedroom's have not tubs.

We are staying at Encantada in April for 5 nights. It is a 4 bedroom with a private pool, I will write a review, we arrive late the night of April 15th.
