Besides breathing, what mundane tasks initiate your DVC dreams?

We are currently adding a room onto our home, and I have been drywalling lately b..b..b..b..boring  . I've discovered that this task has really prompted alot of DVC dreaming and mental points calculations. When DW makes the mistake of joining me in the new addition, I rope her in on some "points chat".

What mundane tasks inspire your best DVC thoughts?

Long, dull, unproductive meetings at work can get me thinking of kicking back on the balcony at a DVC resort! :)

For me, it's mowing the grass!

At this time of year I need to do it at least every week, and it takes me about an hour to get it done, so I get to spend a lot of time DVC dreaming :teeth:

Usually the drive/flight home from a DVC vacation. It is tradition that DH and I plan our next trip on these return drive/flights!!!!

For us it is every time we look atour countdown on the fridge or see a Disney comercial and as for the mundane any time we have to drive to Toronto or Hamilton or Sarnia we try and pick out things that remind us of spots along the I75 on our drives to the World. Oh how I can't wait till Dec.

Funny this topic should come up today. I was at my chiropractor's office this morning and he had some steel drum music playing and it took me right back to this past weekend at OKW. Even getting an adjustment can spark those DVC memories!

Other "sparks" for me are walking past a food court at our local mall where a bunch of local DVCers and DIS'ers have met and any Disney music!

Everytime I open my desk drawer and see the members guidebook I just have to open it, and check the points for OKW, like they might have changed or something since the last time I looked!!!

Lately for me it has been the awful weather we have had here in the Northeast, which coincidentally just broke this week. It has rained seemingly forever! This week it has been unremittingly sunny, warm and humid. Ironically enough, my week at WDW last week was pretty much a washout, too!! We have had 3 months of rainy weather here and weekends have been a disaster. On the up side, we are saving a/c dollars...on the downside, we are constantly mowing the lawn between raindrops! So, a few days of sun last week did me a world of good....I guess it decided to follow me! ;)
