My very favorite place to eat in Epcot is Teppanaki in Japan. It was just incredible when we were there last year, and I cannot wait to get back there. I also love Biergarten in Germany for the entertainment, but for the food, I will be going back to Teppanaki. Now, I am hungry just thinking about it.
We've had good service and good food at the Rose & Crown in England! We also like Teppenyaki and Biergarten. Teppenyaki for either meal, and Biergarten for dinner (because there's saurbraten on the dinner buffet!!).
Teppanyaki is the only restaurant that has significant restrictions if you're using MYW Dining. Plan on either being limited or paying extra if you dine there and use the dining plan.

The best overall restaurant at Epcot is Chefs de France. Coral Reef, Biergarten and Marrakesh are great as well. Then comes a tier of really good restaurants, like Le Cellier, Rose and Crown and Teppanyaki.
Teppanyaki is a must for us each year. I don't think the Dining Plan restrictions are bad. You are not allowed Sushi as an appetizer, we got a small salad as an appetizer. You are also not allowed to have lobster as part of your meal. I got Sirloin and Scallops and it was wonderful.
We also like Rose & Crown and Morroco.
