To each their own. Le Cellier is probably my least favorite Epcot restaurant and my favorite is Bistro de Paris, which I think is much, much better than Chefs downstairs.

Le Cellier, Chef's De France, Biergarten, or Teppenyaki generally seem to do the best in surveys.

San Angel, 9 Dragons, and Coral Reef generally seem to do the worst.
