Actually, the canoe is for a trip the boy scouts are taking in two weeks, we need a total of 8 canoes, so we've been callign near and far.....
hmm...sun goddess.....huh, well, it certainly isn't an EAST COASTER!

How about if on the 19th we try to have an Illuminations dessert party with all of us and families, and extended familys who are going to be there? If you want to do it, tell me here or PM me or email me at mickeyfan@excite.com (a little used address) and I will take the reins and figure it out. I need headcount numbers and adult vs kids just in case of price diff. here is some pricing info, think we could do it? This is a sample menu, could be different.

Hi all... I have a terrible sinus head ache today and this wonderful package from a friend unfortunately had such a strong scent to it that it didn't help Anyhoo, please ignore my lack of response.

I did talk to my brother but he is still so worn out from his trip to Japan that he didn't say anything. It's a good thing because I still have no good ideas.

I am feeling like I have a bladder infection, that is actually a good sign, it means my friends are knocking at the door! THey will be here and gone with in the next day.

Elaine, sorry for the headache, I hate that sinus thing.

Air temp 103 water temp 90, but no pool for me today, I am going to get me nails done in a few.

We will take plenty of pictures of the dessert party, if we have it.

Gail, when is your BD, and what do you really need from WDW that you don't already have?????? Steph and I will celebrate, then the twins and I will celebrate, then LTM and I will celbrate.... will that be enough?

About the only thing better than that would be for me to be there too! The official date is August 14th.

Marsha, a dessert party sounds good. What are the details for that? Is it one of those boat cruises? Do you need to get into Epcot for it? I really don't have anything set in stone yet for that week. I planned the heck out of our January trip, so I am kind of taking it easy on the planning in August. We have 1 park hopper day and 2 water park days left on our tickets, plus I think we are going to Universal Studios one day.

Not a boat, just a private viewing area in Epcot, so you have to use a park entry. Other than the sample menu I found on the Dis meets board, I am waiting for the details. I did this once at MK for those firworks, and they rope off an area, bring in the food and drinks, and the guests are ID'd someway so those are the only people who get into the area. It is cool because you really get to see the fireworks show with out having to fight the masses on the railings.

When my person who is getting me the details reports back, I'll let everyone know.

We attended one on a side patio of the Rose & Crown and it was very nice!!!

An Illuminations Gathering sounds like fun! I never heard of that sort of thing! Let me know when you have the details and I'll see if I can get the family to buy into the idea!!!!I love the planning of my journey NEAR as much as the trip itself!!!!
