I was reading about your voting for AI. Did you know you can text message from the computer? At least I can text from a computer to our Verizon phone. You send it to: XXXXXXXXXX@vtext.com. The X's are the phone number. So the kids can text me from school or home. Very cool.

Hi all! Popping in to say hi while work is a littl eslow here.

I sure hope Clay is safe this week. I'd love to keep hearing him sing. He's the only one I think has a good voice consitantly. I also think they were setting him up for failure. Who the hell picked Vincent for AI???? That is NOT a pop song and I think it was a rediculous choice. Granted I like the song, but for goodness sake Josh Groban sings that song on his CD... he is NOT a pop star. Sorry I think that the love for Ruben is too much and I think they were almost trying to get Clay to look bad. I did like his singing even on that song though and I wish they hadn't pointed out loss of words because I hadn't noticed before, I just thought something was off. There's my tiny rant on AI.

I'll add my agreement on the choice of song for Clay.... Hopefully my experience with a constant busy signal is a good sign that he got lots of votes.........but nothing is certain on that show. No matter what anyone says, it is a popularity contest in the end....luckily all 3 finalists are very talented.

Great shopping day here! I picked up a few things at the Disney Store, including a patriotic Mickey antenna topper for myself. Then, since I was already at the mall and didn't want to waste the trip, I stopped at the charms kiosk and bought myself a bracelet with three charms. I picked out a Mickey silhouette, a bunco charm, and a Pittsburgh Pirates charm. Happy Mother's Day to me!
After that, I picked up some lunch for me and my friend that had the twins a few months ago, and spent the afternoon visiting with her.
Today has been a good day!
