What do I need to return? I called and talked to someone with a very heavy accent. I could not understand which things to return. Please help!!!

Mine hasn't shown up either. If there is a return address on it, I may just mark it "refused" and throw it back in the mail. That way I don't have to pay return postage....

when I cancelled, they said I could not cancel until I returned certain items. They gave me numbers to put on the returned package and said i could not cancel unless these numbers were on the package. So if you put send back to sender, I am afraid you will have difficulty with your credit. I did not want to send everything back because i figured it would be cheaper postage. I think I can keep the book, but everything else i will return tomorrow.

Oh that sounds like a pain if you have to resend back items with numbers and such.

Maybe you could just slap the numbers on the package and put return to sender so that the number was on it and you wouldn't have to pay for the postage?

This is a pain. I can't put return to sender because it is a different address to send it to. Don't like these return offers....I will think twice before doing one again.

I believe I will be refunded my original shipping. I sent eveything back except the book. I put it back in the envelope that they mailed it to me in. (just put a new return address and mailing address.) It cost my $2.79 to mail it back out. I had to put an RMA number on it that the I recieved for the return. It is a pain, but it is not hard.

Okay so I just called and cancelled. Man with a very heavy accent and I had to have him repeat almost everything. He told me if I just sent the 10 CDs back it will cancel, but I will NOT get my shipping refunded. He said if I wanted to cancel and get a refund of 3.95 shipping I would have to send EVERYTHING back!

So now I'm trying to figure out how much shipping is going to cost me each way! WHAT A PAIN! What did everyone else do? Send everything back?
