How long after your planning session did it take for you to receive your BEO?

Our daughter had her wedding at the GF Wedding Pavillion in 2011. We flew down about 3 months before hand to meet with the wedding planners and received her Banquet Event Order about 2-3 days after we met.

While all the exact details become hazier by the minute.... I know we got our floral bAck quickly, the main event one took longer and it is a work in progress I'm not entirely sure we had a 100% correct one even at the final dates!

We were told 2-6 weeks based on the complexity of the proposal and how many things they need to reach out to partners for pricing on. We ended up getting floral in 2 weeks and our full BEO with budget at 6 weeks. The budget and BEO were revised a few times between then and our final payment at 39 days out, but those changes came much quicker.

We got floral back in two weeks and our overall BEO in four weeks.
