beo all wrong!

ok ladies, make sure you check & double check your beo. i just received my beo & almost everything is wrong im at the yc gazebo the wedding pavilion fee is listed, entertainment all the extras like the coach which i never requested no dj which i did, its missing my dessert party info, etc. i was just on the phone with my ems assistant & my ems supervisor/manager of dftw cause my em is on vacation again, i am so uncomfortable with disney handling my wedding at this point

Okay...first take a deep breath!!

I know this is very frustrating, but they'll get it all worked out!

My first beo had A LOT of errors, and I had the "standard/rack" intimate package!

Write the corrections on the beo and fax it to them, continue talking to them over the phone and make sure everything is the way you want it...

It will all work out!! but here's some just because!

I am sorry to hear about your BEO. Hang in there...I am sure it will get all straightened out. I know it is frustrating. Sometimes, it seems that Disney isn't very professional about their weddings. In the end, it all comes together. Good luck!

i emailed all the corrections over to them after a long phone talk & am just waiting for the corrections to be confirmed on my end & theirs.

Mine was lots and lots wrong...I just itemized everything and fixed it!

I went through about four or five BEOs before everything was right. The first BEO had dinner being served about an hour after the reception was to end! My WP was great though, and I just wrote it all out to correct it. I think they just use a boilerplate BEO to begin with and then make changes from there and just don't get to everything. Don't worry, everything will be fine.

I just went through the same thing! Got my BEO on friday after alot of begging and it was $10,000 more than I expected. That's $10,00 worth of stuff I didn't want! And now my EM is on vacation this week and can't get it fixed until Saturday! Granted I'm not 49 days away from my wedding but it's still unacceptable

thanks for all the good thoughts & wishes, i should receive my new corrected beo tomorrow per jeff. still stressed feeling though, my new concern is do i want this same em who had everything so messed up coordinating my day? for those that had similiar problems did you switch ems? that was offered as an option which im considering. im just worried about changing this close to the big day. thoughts?

My beo was put together by my temporary wp (there's a prior string about that) and so I just prayed for the return of my wp who was INCREDIBLE and fixed everything, including my mom's hyperventilating;-)

I went through about 5 BEO's until everything was PERFECT!

They automatically add in things like the carriage, etc. if you show ANY interest at all. Usually it's because another bride with your same wedding time MAY book it for another location and they want to make sure you have the opportunity. That's what they did for me- but I kept it after I cut 1357309587 other things out so we could afford it!

One BEO that is incorrect is not a reason to switch coordinators- just work with them. I didn't get my final BEO until our rehearsal because I was making so many changes!
