Bento box recipes?

My daughters school has discontinued their hot lunch program. She absolutely loves hot food for lunch and will not eat a cold sandwich. I just purchased the Ms. Bento set for her and now I need some Bento recipes! Anyone have some to share?

Not real familiar with Bento, so i googled the Ms. Bento set, and it looks like it's a stainless steel canister?

If so, I used something similar quite a few times with dd last year, when she wanted to pack her lunches (she doesn't care much for cold sandwiches either), so we'd do hot soup or hot ravioli, etc.

I just heated it up really hot in the morning, immediately put it in the thermos, and she said it was still fine by lunchtime.

Sent along some bread/butter, veggies, applesauce, or crackers, etc. and a drink and she was good to go.

I was just about to post that.
The kids and I are going through that site today to come up with lunch ideas.

Do you need specific bento recipes for the containers or could you just use everyday leftovers as long as they fit in the containers?

We always have leftovers so I would just pack those up.
