The new order of Homer 'JUST TRY AND STOP US' Buttons were delivered today. I'll be able to get them to everyone as promised. kristinlynn, I'm going to mail your 2 out tomorrow morning before I head to Disney. I'll let you know on Monday the cost of mailing.

Actually no, we get in mid day and plan on drinking Bloody Mary's at Fulton's then cocktails at BelleVue lounge followed by dinner and wine at Flying Fish then more booze at the party....

Ok! We leave at o-stupid in the morning and we meet Brenda and Jay for drinks tomorrow night! Can't wait to see everyone who is going!

I'll be here, but I've been really bad about posting lately. I seem to not have a lot of time for the DIS right now, and when I'm on the DIS, I'm always working on my dining reviews. If only I spent a little less time on Facebook, but I am so addicted to that right now.

We're back! Disneyland was awesome but VERY crowded.
Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy was amazing, and so was Haunted Mansion Holiday (it's one of my favorites).

We're exhausted, but it was so much fun.

I guess by now you're off again, but wanted to welcome you back.

bonus food porn - I don't actually have time to put up all the pictures from NYC until I come home but this was the tuna course I had at Gordon Ramsay's Maze just because it's the prettiest tuna ever.

Did he have a wine pairing for Fruit Loops?

The tuna looks kind of like sushi. Was it warm or cold when it was served?

Darn it...I missed saying goodbye to so many people! Stupid real life interfering again! Well, for those who haven't left yet, have a safe trip and have fun!
Murphy's law is hard at work in my house.....just when I am finally seeing the light at the end of my price list tunnel....I get home and put a load into the wash....and the washing machine breaks! But after much checking of troubleshooting videos and articles (thank god for the internets!), I think it's fortunately a pretty quick and cheap fix. But of course I still had a load of soaking wet wash on my hands......let me tell you, it's not easy to wring dry 4 pairs of jeans! Not to mention I've had the dryer running for two hours, and there are still wet clothes in there!

It's freezing and rainy here tonight, and after my washing and drying escapades, I think I deserve a nice hot chocolate....with a little Bailey's and Kahlua thrown in, of course!

Feels like everyone is leaving for WDW and I can't wait to hear all about the wonderful times you'll have. hmgray95 - that's a good reminder - to always check online first when something breaks down and see what the fix might be. I've been ripped off so many times by shoddy and dishonest repair people.
I'm still trying to keep the Disney memories alive by making recipes from the cookbooks. Made the Creme Brulee from Victoria and Alberts tonight and it was so rich and good.

I put this in my Christmas PTR but I had to post it here too. Am I being overly critical here??

Kristin and I were talking about our bluezoo reservation. We are seriously thinking of canceling for moral reasons!

But it is truly something we are considering. I read an article about Mr. English's behavior concerning the cancelation of his wedding. We don't know the whole "real" story, but regardless... jilting the bride while everyone was sitting waiting and then leaving her with a $12,000 bill that was supposed to have been paid is not nice. Maybe she did something to deserve having the wedding called off, but their guests did not and his odd behavior leading up to and following the fiasco just has us considering finding another place to eat.

From what I've read she was violent and hit him, and the wedding was cancelled a week before it was supposed to happen. I also read that he pressed assualt charges, and she's turned herself in.
