I cracked the Seidelberg Viognier they gave me at the Jiko wine dinner. It tastes almost exactly like dried pears.

I have a DIS friend who says the ZD Chard is the best she has ever tasted. They visited the winery last month and didn't want to leave. This whole meal sounds scrumptious and I wish I could go with you!

You need directions? Thanks for the tidbit about the Chard. I'm a red (zinner) drinker most of the time but at a wine dinner I sacrifice and drink it all!

Ah!! So this is why you will be missing the opening weekend with us!! I just knew it was something that had to do with "wine'!

Anywho, the menu sounds wonderful, hope you guys have a fabulous time. I will make sure Marcel takes lots of photos.

Anyhoo ... I told him I refuse to start anything new until November regardless of what he may find (unless it's an infection) - I'm not going to WDW while starting an unfamiliar cocktail of pills.

We do know our bodies better than the doctors that's for sure! Good luck with all the voodoo and here's hoping there's no infection thrown into the mix!

no brie...I am trying not to keep stuff around because I won't be home a lot for the next two months. Really since I finished the pizza I ordered two days ago all I have now is some granola bars, black bean soup, frozen homemade pesto (pestosicles), some herbs I grew on the balcony before the evil squirrel dug them up, and Diet Coke. The contents of my larder usually sound like the contents of the contestants' baskets on "Chopped."
