Is the Belleview Room at the Boardwalk open for coffee and pastries in the morning?

Just got back 12/7, and yes, it's open.

We were there late October and it was open then too. I felt bad for the poor cast member as the couple times we went she was slammed and the only one working the pretty long line.

It was in October. Great to sit out on the balcony and enjoy an evening drink.
