Can you find the blue Belle costume anywhere in WDW? My 2 yo daughter has the yellow Belle costume but really likes the blue dress which happens to be the dress Belle wears at the breakfasts. Do they have it anywhere at Downtown Disney or in the MK?

L.A. Prop Cinema Storage at the MGM Studios sells costumes, so you might try that.

You may want to try Tinker Bell's Tresures behind the castle to the left in MK. I have seen other dress ups in there. Not for sure if belles is there though.
