Belle?

I'd really like to get a pic with Belle this time around (end of december) We can't really afford to do Ariel's Grotto, especially considering some food problems I have, it just wouldn't be worth it.

Does she ever just walk around? How often is she in PFF? I'll probably go to the either way because we skipped it last time, but i'd be really dissapointed if she wasn't there.

I really don't see princesses walking around as much as you used to. Like when Belle would do meet and greets near the castle.

Probably you best bet is PFF. That said be prepared to make multiple visits. It is hard to predict who will be there by the time you get through the line.

You can always check at City Hall when you arrive. They are able to give more detailed timing about certain characters.

I think City Hall's an awesome place to ask if Belle will be anywhere else besides the usual PFF.

Belle does seem to me to be quite common in PFF--I only went there once and I saw her there. I'd say with any luck, you could HOPEFULLY meet her in two trips through. I would not wait in line before PFF opens, as I've heard some people say that they always have more of the "classic" (older) princesses there to start the day, like Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora (and once I heard, Princess Minnie).

FWIW, Belle was not at Ariel's Grotto when we were there. Our girls didn't see Belle on our trip in March, although we didn't go to the PFF.

Check at City Hall, Belle is not always at AG.

We saw Belle and Tiana at the PFF last week about 1 hour after they opened.
