Belle in yellow dress at Akershus?

I know Disney doesn't guarantee which princesses attend character meals, but most of the Akershus photos I've seen have Belle in the yellow dress. Has anyone been to Akershus breakfast and NOT seen Belle in yellow?

We met Belle three times on our last trip, but she was always in the blue/white dress. I'm on a mission to see her in the yellow dress! I have to admit, this is for me as much as my DDs. She's always been my favorite.

We're hoping to do CRT and possibly 1900 PF, so we'll be covered in the princess department. The main reason for adding Akershus breakfast (other meals don't sound appealing to us) would be for the elusive yellow dress.

We've always seen her there in the yellow dress! That seems to be the norm for other people also. I think you have a pretty safe bet .

We just had lunch here in Feb. and saw Belle in her yellow dress too! I think your chances are good!

She was there for dinner our last trip. Photo in my signature is from the package. I have also read postings from DIS'ers that have had someone other than her, although that does not seem to be too often.

If for some reason she is not there, she is usually in her yellow dress in Toontown.

Thanks for the reassurance, and great pics, everyone! Thanks for letting me know about Toon town, as well. We avoided it last time because we did a bunch of character meals anyway, but we'll have to stop by next time for the elusive fairies.

ChrisMouse-- That is exactly why I'm not asking my DDs ahead of time. They only have Cinderella dresses that fit right now, so Tinkerbell may have to surprise them with new Belle dresses the night before Akershus.

I think Belle is pretty reliable in Norway, but on very rare occasion it will be someone else. We've been twice in the past 18 months and she was in yellow both times. She also appears out in France in the world showcase but is in blue again. She also has the beast with her a lot of the time.

Lucky for me, Belle is her favorite princess, so it all worked out. This year we are doing CRT too, so it looks like I will be bringing two dresses!

We went to Akershus for breakfast this month (and 1 1/2 years ago). Belle was wearing her beautiful yellow dress for the photos with our family both times (breakfast package included a photo with Belle when you first walk in prior to being seated). We have also seen Belle around the park (I think in France) in her blue and white dress.

We were at WDW in Feb 09, dinner at Akershus and Belle was there in her yellow dress at the entrance for photos. Also there were Ariel in green ballgown, Cinderella, Aurora and Jasmine.

We also had lunch at CRT and Cinderella was at entrance for photos but in the dinner room was Belle in blue/white dress, Snow White, Aurora and Jasmine.

We have seen Belle in her yellow dress greeting us at Norway breakfast as well as Toontown Princess Meet N Greet.

HOWEVER, in 2007 our dinner in Norway had Aurora as the greeter and Belle was in her blue and white dress visiting tables.

I don't think there are any guarantees.

Belle was there in her yellow dress last time, hoping she's there again! I love that dress I want one for myself!

I sure hope she's there in her yellow when we go. I'm making my daughter a new gown just for the occasion! (but it doesn't take much to get me to do that!)

I still remember our first visit to Disneyland. We had only met Belle in her blue. Back then she didn't appear in her yellow ANYWHERE in Florida. But she hung out at DL in her yellow and I loved finally seeing it!
