What are the chances of Belle being in her holiday dress at Akershus on 12/11?
Does she do any meet and greets in this dress anywhere else?

Historically she has not appeared in her holiday dress at Akershus until much closer to Christmas. As in probably Christmas week.

She has not appeared elsewhere in her holiday gown that I'm aware of since the Christmas party in 2011.
