Belle and Aladdin/Jasmine at Epcot

I can tell you for sure Belle is. We met her last week near France in her villager's dress (blue and white outfit). I think Jasmine (and possibly Aladdin) were on our times guide but I am not 100% sure. Mulan was also there as was Snow White, Alice, and Mary Poppins.
ETA just saw the times guide when I was cleaning out my park bag and Aladdin/Jasmine are still on there.

Aladdin and Jasmine at 11:45AM, 12:45PM, 1:45PM, 2:45PM, 4:35PM, 5:35PM

Nope, not odd at all. MDE is woeful at Character info, always has been, seems like it always will be. To the point of uselessness.

Line up early for these, especially Aladdin and Jasmine. They often close the line before the time they were even supposed to come out.

Belle too. Since it's the only place you can meet her for an autograph. She may have the worse line at Epcot. At least in WS

MDE is updated live - so if the characters are unavailable on a specific day they get pulled from the app.

Disney has three different categories of characters:
Advertised - these are on the app and on-line
Unadvertised - out regularly but may get pulled or moved easily, so they do not want to get Guests' hopes up if they can't find them
Pop ups - these are designed to be magic for Guests, so they are never shared

I think my plan will be try to get to Belle by 11, Aladdin/Jasmine by 11:45, then Snow White (who starts at 12:30 I think) and then Mulan!
It should be a pretty low crowd day - Monday May 1st.

Because I used to see them on there.

They're not gone, just might not be out today. Characters miss a day here or there for a multitude of different reasons.

Fairy Godmother was gone for 4 days and people thought she got cut, it was just a short absence.

That may well be the intent but fact is, it's not right very often. It is often wrong even with Advertised characters

Definitely be prepared for Aladdin and Jasmine's line to be cut off. We arrived after the line got cut off, and lingered until they left, then joined the line for the next one.
