Bella Apartments

I'm looking to move in October, so I've been researching apartments near Disney. I'm really curious out Bella Apartments. Does anyone live there currently or know anyone who does? The apartment reviews are very scary. I know not to take reviews too seriously, since the complainers are way more likely to actually write reviews. From what it sounds like though, management has been getting worse in the last year. If I can hear just one or two positive reviews for the complex from the last couple of months, I will feel a lot better about keeping bella in the running.

I work at All Star currently, so it looks like a good location for me. I live at Sabal Palms right now, which I really like. I would like to get away from the tourist traffic right outside the apartment complex though.

Also anyone living at Crosswater near reams rd? It's too new to have reviews, but it is beautiful.

I used to live in Camden, its not to far from Sabal Palm (Across the street from Nickelodeon). Relatively affordable and close to property.

I know two people who live there and like it. They haven't mentioned any issues with the management, but maybe they haven't had any run ins. There still can be a fair amount of traffic there though, if that's your concern. It's not as bad as 535 though.
