Bell Services/Luggage/Balloon Question

We have an upcoming split stay in June. We are starting at GF. I have always wanted a Mickey Balloon from the MK. If I had a balloon, would Bell Services allow me to attach it to my suitcase when leaving my luggage with them? If I had Disney transfer my luggage, would they do this for me with a balloon attached? TIA

Yes. I did this once, although it was several years ago.

You would not be permitted to bring that balloon to AKL/AKV due to the animals. But otherwise, your balloon would be consider like any other piece of baggage.
