This is our first trip to WDW as DVC members (VWL). On our arrival day will bell services handle our luggage just like they do when you are staying as a guest in the Wilderness Lodge resort?

If our villa isn't ready when we arrive, will they unload and hold our stuff and we can go to the parks?

Yes, it's the same as if you were staying in the hotel section of the WL.

That's great! Our very first DVC stay was HHI and there it was pretty much up to the guest to drag all the stuff. However, they did provide carts.

I have another bell services question ... If you are traveling with a laptop, does bell services have a place to secure that kind of item?

Been wondering about this if we wanted to go out to one of the parks on our arrival day and not have to lug around a computer bag.

Yes, they have a lock up cage at bell services. If your job hinges on the safety of that laptop, I recommend using the safe the front desk has access to. A normal sized laptop will fit a unit if the drawer is removed. Just don't loose that key, they don't keep spares.

Thanks for the info & advice, Twinklebug.
