Bell Services and Luggage w/ Split Stay

Arrival night we are staying at Pop Century. The next day we move to BWV for 6 nights...

Our plane does not arrive until 5:30pm and our 3yo will pass out by 8:30pm. I'm fine living out of a carryon for the first night. If I use the ME luggage service, am I able to ask bell services to hold my luggage for the night? And, further, would they hold it for the night and then forward it to BWV the next morning?

When you get to POP, call luggage services and ask then to hold your bags. Also, tell them you want the bags transferred to BWV the next day, so don't deliver them to the room in the morning either. They will want you to stop by in the morning to 1) give them your carry-ons for transfer as well, and 2) they need to have you verify which bags are yours, tag them with the new resort and your name, and give you the claim checks for the items - which you'll need receive your bags at BWV. Its quick and easy, but you will need to talk to luggage service to make the arrangements.

Also, pop the Do Not Disturb tag on your door, just in case messages get lost during a shift change and someone thinks they are doing you a favor and delivering your bags that have been sitting around for hours.

With a 3 yr old, you will have to pack a back pack to the parks with anything you’ll need as your luggage to your new resort won’t arrive until at the earliest, 3:00pm. Possibly later.
When I’ve done this- staying at Pop just for the night due to late arrival, I’ve taken a cab with my luggage first thing in the morning to next resort and done early check in, leaving luggage with Bell Service at new resort. This way, my luggage and things will be there when I need them.
