Bell Services and Groceries

I am hoping to book private transportation to Riviera from the airport. If I do a grocery stop on the way and my room isn't ready, can I leave my grocery items with bell services to keep cold?

yes - they have a fridge/freezer for perishables

Yes. They still do that.
They won't transport them from resort to resort now, but they will keep them at your resort.

We did that recently (Feb). Stopped at grocery and picked up some stuff and dropped it off with Bell Services at AKV. We also got an instacart (because we forgot some things) delivered to bell before our room was ready which they kept cold for us.

Keep in mind that there is a fee associated with grocery storage. I believe it's $5 but just wanted you to be aware.

Only All Star Movies has fees just for storing groceries. They added lockers for this, and there's a $6 fee. For other Disney resorts there is no fee for just storing groceries. There is a fee ($6) only if you have Bell Services deliver the groceries to your room instead of you picking them up directly from Bell Services.

We were at PO French Quarter last month and had groceries delivered to bell services. We picked them up, no room delivery, and they still charged us $6

No fee to store your groceries...only a fee if you ask them to bring the groceries to the room and they are not bringing your luggage at the same time. I do split stays all the time and arrive sometimes with them and my room is not ready. I do not get charged anything when they are brought up with my owner's locker and luggage once we are in the room.

Last stay at SSR, I picked them up and not delivered yet I was still charged. Maybe I should of questioned it but assumed it was something new!
