I had originally posted this thread in the Reviews section, but I was told that this might be a better spot for it.

I didn't find any thread like this while doing a search... so forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong spot.

This is the Vegetarian thread! But everybody can join in! Where are the best places to eat, or to snack at WDW for us meatless folks? Sometimes it can be hard to find a quick meal or snack that's vegetarian without a sit down reservation. So, if you all have some favorite places, please let us know!

There is a book called "Vegetarian Walt Disney World and Greater Orlando" by Susan Shumaker and Than Saffel. The Copyright was 2003 and I got my copy at Barnes and Noble because we took someone with us who was a vegetarian. The book and the update site also points out where vegan friendly spots are, Although if you call for ADR's, the restaurants are great about making veg/vegan foods for guests...Some of the info is outdated but there is a website to visit for an update on the book . To the left side under the heading of Book updates, you'll see Vegetarian Walt Disney World and Greater Orlando. Click on it and people, as they visit, update.... It's www.stonecircleinc.com/vegworld/index.html I'd get the book also, though. Hope it's a help..
