Being Late for Harmony Barbershop Appt

What happens if you are late for a Harmony Barbershop appointment? I was able to schedule my youngest son's 1st haircut at 4pm(wanted 4:15-4:30). However, this is the day we are going to MNSSHP and do not have park tickets for the day, so we can't enter until 4. I'm wondering if that's cutting it too close because I'd hate to mess up their schedule. Do you ever get in with a party ticket 15 minutes early? Or Should I just keep checking back for a better time?

It isn't more than a 5 min-less walk from the ticket scanner to the barbershop. So be AT the tapstiles ready to scan your ticket by 3:45 and if they let you in early, great...if not, scan right at 4 and march over to the shop. No big.

I would keep trying but another tidbit - I called a couple of weeks ago to reschedule from 11 to 12 or later in the afternoon. I had a super nice cast member but he claimed to check and recheck and there was nothing else available for that day. I waited a week and called back and got a different castmember who said sometimes if you check as a new appointment, verses a reschedule, times pop up. I was able to get the 12:30 I needed.

We were late to our child's first haircut appt in December 2011 due to transportation running a lot slower than we ever dreamed of. I don't remember it being a huge issue and we still got the haircut, but we probably waited.

As a man pushing 60 I actually time it so I can get a haircut at the Magic Kingdom when we're there! I really like the job they do (and apparently so do tons of local folks who go there regularly) but have never made an appointment and have never waited more than 15 mins. Maybe it's the time of year we go but usually I can get in first thing in the morning (9 AM or so) quite reliably.
