Being "Bumped" From the Poly

No daybed. The room we were in had a single king and was huge. It could have accomodated two kings and a daybed!

Can someone explain which resorts have different concierge "levels" - I thought that each resort that had concierge service offered one type of concierge. What's up with the "levels"?? :confused3

The Contemporary and the GF both have two levels of concierge.

At the CR there is the 12th adn 14th floors. The 12th is "concierge lite" with no alcohol and limited service after late afternoon.

The 14th floor is full service and has a very nice lounge and exceptional amenities in the rooms.

At the GF the lodge concirege is also somewhat limited and the rooms are the same as any other room at the GF.

The Royalpalm Club in the main building is supposed to be the best--I'm staying there next January and I"ll let you know myopinions at that time!

Thanks so much for the info Anne. I will be looking for your post as to the GF main building concierge after next Jan. I am very curious to know the details - perhaps we'll book for next Spring if it gets rave reviews! Thanks again! :sunny:
