Beignets at WDW?

Does anyone know if you can find Beignets at WDW? They're something I've always wanted to try and can't find at home.

Yes Sassagoula Floatworks at Port Orleans French Quarter serves them in packs of 3 or 6. The packs of 3 are considered a snack on the dining plan.

Yep, as said, get 'em at POFQ. I know people have said they're not as good as the ones in New Orleans, but having never been there, I say the POFQ ones are .

One tip, don't be the first person at the counter first thing in the morning (7 am) when they start frying. The first year I had them, I wasn't as impressed as I expected to be, but mine were the first batch out of the fryer that day. The next year, I loved them, but I got them after they'd been up and running for a while.

And be advised, there will be powdered sugar EVERYWHERE!

Yep, as said, get 'em at POFQ. I know people have said they're not as good as the ones in New Orleans, but having never been there, I say the POFQ ones are .

There are few things that are better than a beignet at Cafe du Mode on a cooler morning with a cup of hot chocolate (not a coffee drinker but my friend loved it) and watching your then 3 year old son have his first beignet with a glass of milk.

But - Disney's beignets are pretty darn good too.

Agree with this!! I'm from NOLA area and Cafe du Monde beignets are 'the' ones! Have had them at POFQ, but even though I don't consider them 'horrid' as this poster said - still they are no where near the 'real deals'.

I just had them last week at French Quarter. I respectfully disagree that they are 'horrid' if you've had them in New Orleans. I've had them at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans and they are stellar, but these are a great treat and may be different, but not bad. Missing them already!

Also have to disagree that they're horrid compared to ones in New Orleans. I've been to Cafe DuMonde and had those....the ones at Disney are obviously not exactly the same but they're still very good. And as far as Disney food goes...the price for 3 or 6 is very good.

Comparing Cafe du Mode's beignets to any other beignets is like comparing Disney World to the county fair.

We have also had them at the tomorrowland terrace . taste exactly the same at pofq. But its only open seasonally so depends on when you go !

I have had the ones at Cafe du Monde and the ones at POFQ, I personally prefer POFQ ones, they are not as heavy. I do prefer the chicory coffee they serve in NOLA.

I agree, been to New Orleans & Cafe DuMonde numerous times & the beignets at POR aren't that bad.
