Hey, just wanted to see if anyone had done this tour and what you thought about it.

Our family loves the Living with the Land ride, and was looking for something to add to our experience this year.

love your thoughts and comments

hope everyone has a great thanksgiving, we will because we will be in Disney.

thanks

We loved it. It was a great tour of the land pavillion greenhouse. If you enjoy Living with the Land, you should enjoy the tour. Inexpensive, too.

I have several friends who did this back in July. They all said that they enjoyed it. In my opinion, any private tour at WDW is excellent. I've gone on many and have yet to be disappointed.

:thumbsup2 Another thumbs up from me.
I really enjoyed this tour. It's informative and fun. And its something you can decide at the last minute and it won't break the bank!

I definitely enjoyed the tour. I liked hearing about the different things they are trying. We got to taste a vegetable grown in the greenhouse (cucumbers). They also let a couple of the kids do a ladybug release.

There was no feeding of the tilapia or alligators on the tour I did.

One thing to warn you about: No one can step on or touch the sand.

In our tour there was a young boy who kept wanting to touch it (he would lean over it or get close to the sand) and the parents got frustrated with having to stop him (the guide also had to ask him not to touch several times) and they ended up leaving the tour.

I have taken it multiple times. All of the guides are professionals who work in the pavilion; one time the Guide was a biochemist who had worked there for 20 years. The tour is designed for, in my opinion, for almost anyone. One time i was on a tour and one couple owned a very large farm in the upper midwest, and they felt it was very informative. Definitely worth the money.

It's affordable, it's short, you don't have to book it in advance and you get to go backstage...just perfect! We took it on the 4th of July this past summer and really enjoyed it. It was very cool to be backstage and see the boats go by. Our guide was very informative and allowed us to take tons of pics. It was a perfect amount of time and a nice break from the summer sun. I highly recommend it. :thumbsup2

I've done this tour twice and loved it both times. It is definitely worth the price. I think you get 10% off if you have a Disney Visa. Either that or it's with AAA. Check when you sign up.

Did this with the kids last December. Ages 10,9 and 4. They enjoyed it, it wasn't a tour to remember but for the money we thought it was well worth it.

We did this tour last year, just DH and myself. We both enjoyed it and would do it again.

On one trip up to the World with my mom we did it as a last-minute thing. She is into plants and really liked it. She was in an ECV and it was a great tour for that. I also enjoyed it and learned a few things, such as the five things a plant needs to thrive.

thanks to all who weighed in. We are going to give it a try. hope everyone had a great thanksgiving
