DH is a huge vegetable gardening obsessor, and he loves plants in general. He's still bitter for missing out on seeing the hydroponics stuff when he went to Epcot when he was 15. I thought about sending him on the Behind the Seeds tour. The reviews I've read said that if you love plants and science, it is time and money well spent. Does anyone have any negative reviews? I've read you have to sign up on the day you want to go. Is that still true? I've also read it was closed for a while when they were building Soarin'. Is it open all the time now? Also, is there a lot of standing, or are you walking much of the time? I'm trying to figure out if I should send DH alone, or with one of the kids (the kid in the stroller will do better if there is constant movement). I'm leaning toward sending him alone.
