Behind The seeds tour actual tour time

i have a 5:35pm ADR for garden grill. If I do a 4:30 behind the seeds tour will I be fine with just going straight to my ADR without being too late (I know we'll be in the same building so that's a plus, but not sure how long the actual tour is if I would be late to my ADR. ) I could also do a 3:45 tour but would prefer to do the 4:30 if it would mean less/no downtime wait

I think you'll be fine. I recall it being 45 minutes at most.
