Behind the Scenes

I saw a page on the SW web site about "Behind the Scene" tours. Has anyone done any of these? Are they worth it? Do they run each one once a day or more often? Can you book them when you get there or do you have to book ahead of time?

I went on the Arctic one and scheduled myself in only a couple hours before the tour started. I think it runs more than one a day. I thought it was a pretty good deal and had some great behind the scenes looks of Wild Arctic.
