Behind the Scenes Tours

Hello everyone.
I will be traveling with a cousin who has RA and who can walk only short distances, but happily uses an ECV in the parks.
My question is this... are there any behind the scenes tours that are ECV friendly? They note in the guide book info that a lot of walking is required, so at first I dismissed the possibility. But she really wants to try one and I was wondering if any of you have been able to do any of the tours on your ECV?

I use an ECV and have scheduled the Keys to the Kingdom tour. They said no problem!

Thank you, thank you! I was hoping the guide book was out of date on that. I hoped that if the tour was within one park, and she brought her own ECV (so that time wasn't an issue for rental) it would all work out!
Has anyone had any experience with the full day 3 park tour? I understand there is a bus for transport and if it is equipped for ECVs, that would be remarkable.
Thanks again for your help, Piper and Hook's Girl !

Pretty mush all of them are accessible as long as you inform them before hand that the person will be using an ECV or wheelchair. I have done Keys to the Kingdom, Backstage Magic, the Animal Kingdom Backstage, as well as some others and not had a problem. I did miss a few things but they were described to me by the CM guide. I am mobile enough to walk some so was able to do most of it.

Yes it can be lift accessible. Just inform them when you reserve.

Thank you Talking Hands! I am so excited that it is all accessable. My cousin is a Disney FANATIC and I will be so proud to arrange this as a surprise for her.
I have to say, I have been on a few of the DIS boards, but you experts are the most succinct, and the most valuable to me so far. Thanks to you all, close my thread out!
I am delighted with your help. Thanks again!
May All Your Wishes.....

I have done several of the tours with an ECV. Make sure you notify them in advance. One time we had four people on the tour with ECVs, and they had a van as well as a bus so they could transport everyone.
