Before Park Opening?

Hey, I just want to have a list of all the restaurants that have breakfast reservations that will get you into the park before it opens. Thanks in advance!

Crystal Palace at MK, Donalds Breakfast at AK, Akershus at EPCOT and H&V at DHS are the ones I can think of.
