Before LOA is signed

I wish Disney would be more consistent. We have our Wishes wedding confirmed for 10/7/2011. We just received our LOA on Friday and we're sending it in tomorrow. It surprises me that they wouldn't give you an LOA earlier?

Where are you having your reception? She can't sign her LOA until 12 months out because she is having her reception at Whitehall. There's only a few reception locations that allow you to sign your LOA at 16 months out, and anywhere at the GF is not one of those places.

Yes, I believe we can't sign our LOA yet because we want Whitehall. Where is your reception?
