Can anyone tell me how the bees are in August? :flower: I was wondering since I have an allergy :confused3 and an epipen I will carry all the time but, was curious how they were. They are getting worse up here in Wisconsin lately. Thanks. Have a great weekend everyone!!! :cloud9:
Only 5 days to go!

We only encountered a few bees/hornets this last week at WDW. Saw lots of monarch and yellow butterflies though!

Luckily, WDW is kept pretty clean, so there's no sticky popsicle messes, food, etc, left around to attract the little buggers.

Good to know I was wondering the same thing. My DD is allergic too. But we're going to WI this weekend and WDW in 3 weeks. We'll try and steer clear of the bees this weekend in WI! :earseek:

Many people probably do not notice them but there are bees everywhere...we got back yesterday and since DH and I are such plant lovers we always stop at look to see the different plants....there were bees all over the flowers at the MK.

My dd11 is allergic to lots of stuff (never has had a bee sting, so not sure there) and is petrified of bees - so I do look for them. At EPCOT, we walked down the rose bush lined path between the refreshment outpost and Futre World. Saw 2-3 bees at the most. The roses were past their prime, though.
