Anyone know of a webpage that lists the different beers offered in Epcot? Just wondering what some of the choices were from country to country. Thanks

Do a google search for "Beer at EPCOT". I found several.

beertravelers.com/lists/disney

dooyoo.co.uk/theme-parks-zoos-international/epcot/277468/

We love to have drinks around the world. I love beer but I don't think I could handle 11 beers in one day.

Enjoy!

I was going to suggest the same. I googled beers and epcot and found a few reviews and listings. I know that there are a few choices around Canada, England and Germany.

Norway does Carlsburg, UK does Stella Artois, Bass and Guinness.

Claire ;)

I just recently did the Drinking Around the World so heres what I can remember:

Japan has Kirin Ichiban
Norway has Carlsberg
Germany has Becks, Spaten
China has Tsing Tao
Morocco has Cassa
Italy has Peroni
Canada has Moosehead
France had Kronenburg 1664 (unsure of the name)

Be careful on these sites: many are outdated (they don't seel Rignes or Tennets anymore).

As a veteran Epcot drinker, here's what I can remember (not including the beer in resturants). Sorry about the spelling, I don't remember how to spell them all:

Canada: Moosehead, Moosehead Light (there are additional 'regional' beers but I've never had any of them. I think Labatt's might be one)
UK: Stella Artois, Guinness, Strongbow Cider, Woodpecker Cider, Harp, Bass, Caffrey's (ask for a Belgian Brunette (Guinness and Stella) - you won't be disappointed!)
Japan: Kirin Ichiban, Saporro
China: Tsigntao (pronounced ching-tao)
US: Bud, Bud Light, Sam Adams
Morocco: Bud, Bud Light, Casablanca
Italy: Peroni
France: 1664
Mexico: Dos Equis Lager, Dos Equis Amber
Norway: Carlesberg
Germany: Beck's, Beck's Dark, Spaten, Lowenbrau

Of those, we stay away from Bud, Bud Light and Sam Adams and gravitite toward Stella, Guiness, Harp, Bass, 1664, Peroni and Carlesberg.

Enjoy!

Strongbow and Woodpecker aren't beers, they're cider. Just for info! Tennets is actually Tennents and is a Scottish lager (i.e. weaker than beer - more like your American beers).

Okay, the next person to say "England" when they mean "the UK" is gonna get it!!! Just kiddin'.
Off topic, we popped into the UK pavillion and asked a (truly) English CM why there were no Scottish rugby shirts - she became all defensive and muttered that they had lots of scottish things including rugby shirts. Ha ha, they must get a lot of us Scots wondering where our country disappeared in the UK Pavillion.

By the way, try the cider with blackcurrant cordial. It is yummy, but is potent. I don't know if you get cider much, but it is generally stronger than the beers!!! Enjoy.

Tennents is no longer offered in the R&C :furious: , I've replaced it in my rotation with Boddington's. I enjoy a Stella, but there are those here who refer to it as Belgian Budweiser, a dastardly slur. Also, Norway used to feature Ringnes, my favorite in all of WDW at the time, but that's gone too. Whatever you do, avoid Casablanca at Morocco as though it were stool softener. It is.

42m 39f gonna be drinkin' the beers round the world Nov 26-Dec 1  , looking for fun people to join us!

Should add that in Germany, they had a fine Heffeweizen on draft at a little stand outside the pavillion. Don't count on this spelling to be correct, but something like Frankenskaner. As Heffe's go it's a bit "bold", but I believe the brewery where it comes from dates from the 1500's---the oldest brewery in the world.

Franziskaner-- this is my current favorite drink at Epcot! :thumbsup2

Le Cellier carries bottles from Unibroue, a Canadian brewery that does some of the world's best Belgians. I remember seeing Fin Du Monde, Maudite, Trois Pistoles, and one other brew from them I can't recall. All are great, but I'd highly recommend a bottle of Fin Du Monde if dining at LC.

Yes, Franzenkaner...it is fantastic...my hubby's favorite as we go around the world.

Casablanca hasn't been that for years..they had to take off the blanca part the label now only reads Casa.

If you start in Mexico then by the time you get to France taste is no longer an issue. Tsing Tao was my favorite, I even pick up a 6 pack of it at ABC once in a while.

A few years ago I organized a DIS Drink Around the World Meet. We had a fabulous time. But I would never do it again. Even starting at 11am it was way too much for me in one day. We had over 30 people participate and started in France with pasteries and champaign. I think that Disney knew what we were doing because we had made badges to wear so people could find us if they wanted to join later in the day. It was quite a coincidence that less than half way around the world we were encountered by the evil cat (I believe his name is Lampwick) from Pinocchio. He wanted to join the group and get a badge too. It was a great photo op and we all had a great time. Maybe too great! :teeth:

I've never called it that, but I've learned the secret to drinking a stella, at least for me. If I think "I'm going to drink a belgian beer" then I will be really disapointed. If I think "I'm going to drink a lager" then it is OK.

It is really sort of silly to me that they have stella there. If they were going to have a belgian beer at a UK pub there are so many better ones they could have picked, but I guess they wanted to find a way to put a lager in there for the folks that like lagers.

Honestly I think the beer selection was better a few years back, but I think Germany's has improved. If only there was a belgian stand in epcot. Is it still possible to get unibroue in le celliar?
