Bill, you had me at beer! Rose & Crown is my favorite place to drink at WDW and they have the best Guinness in the world. Freshness helps and theirs is fresh. Another great place is the bar at Prime Time Cafe, and they have Yuenglings. Germany is more than worthy, and litres are better than pints.

We second that! Yuengling!! it's all over HS. We are originally from Connecticut and now live in Arizona, no Yuengling here...guess we will have to keep going to Disney to get it!

Seriously though the Rose & Crown is a great place. Not exactly the same as a Pub atmosphere in the UK but not far off

Big River Grille & Brewing Works (at the Boardwalk) brews their own beers, so there are some varieties not found at all the other WDW resorts. Well worth a visit to try some unique beers.

Germany and Big River Grille are the best.
As for Yuengling--it's so common around here that it's served in every bar, tavern, restaurant, biker club and VFW Post in the area. One beer outlet near me had it for $17.00 a case the other day---.
I will say it's certainly better than Bud, Miller, Coors, etc. but it's very "mainstream" hereabouts.

I am not sure the name of the beer I drank at Norway but it was very good--it was at the akerhaus during lunch time...

Raglan Road (pint o' Guinness.... and live music if you're there at the right time)

Germany in Epcot (booth outside that has 'Becks' on the menu board; but don't order that. There's a tap off to the right that isn't on the menu board... Spaten.... ask for that.)
