Beer in Concierge?

As I've stated in previous posts we have stayed in many Concierge rooms at WDW.. I know you can get a beer anytime you ask as long as they are open and there isn't a charge. I usually get a couple before we go to dinner. I've done it at the Poly., Wilderness Lodge, Beach Club, Boardwalk, etc.. Not trying to sound like a lush but was curious to know if there is a charge for beer at any of the Concierge Lounges at Disneyland because the last time we stayed in the Sierra Tower we purchased Concierge and there was still a charge for beer. I'm sure it was an honor bar type thing but can't remember. Do they still charge for beer or does it come free?

We stayed at PP in Oct., concierge level. I don't believe there was a charge for beer and wine. My MIL and FIL had wine one evening. We no longer drink, so we didnt order any. But, its only available for a couple hours in the evening, not any time you want one.
