Just wondering if they sell beer at Hollywood Studios?

Yup, definitely at high octane refreshments. I assume tune in lounge does since it's a full bar. There might be other bars or stands but I haven't been to them

Yes, over by RnRC they have draft beer.

They have it in Backlot Express also. I think I got a Yuengling there.

I think High Octane closed along with the back lot tour. There is a new bar by the Brown Derby.

You can find craft/imported beer on draft or bottles at Anaheim Produce on Sunset Blvd & at Tune In Lounge (inside to the left of 50's Prime Time Cafe).

Not sure if you have an iPhone, but there is a good app called beers & ears. Lists what beers are sold where in WDW. Great if you are a beer drinker.
