been to Big Lots lately?

does anyone have a Big Lots near you that you've been to lately? We don't have one here but I've been before. Did you get any good scrap supplies?

I went there yesterday. They had Making Memories paper in pet themes. I don't have pets, but I picked up the packs of 25 pieces of solid paper for $1. I got a pack of cute brads for $1. Colorbok neutral colored textured cardstock was 20 papers for $2. I've also been getting these Xyron disposable sticker makers for $2 and picked up a couple more. If you take the cardboard off the outside, what's on the inside is the exact same thing as an X refill, so that's a pretty good deal. I could do some damage in that scrap aisle. So many good deals...so little money. There were lots of neat stickers, K & Co. stuff, a colorful package of Flavia papers. I just couldn't get all of that.

Last weekend me and a friend did what we call a Big Lots run. We start in one spot and go to as many Big Lots as we can before night time. We ended up hitting about six Big Lots and a couple of Tuesday Morning stores. We found alot of scrapping stuff. We have the pet theme here too, but also alot of K&Co. We cot alot of embellishments and fibers. They had vellum in packs of twenty five for two dollars. They had maps on the and sea shells. Very nice. We also got some small stacks of 8x8 papers by K7Co for 1.00. I love going there. If you have a Tueday Morning that is a great store to get scrap stuff too. I went to a couple of different ones lately and they have the silet setter from Provo for 6.99. Not bad!

i went to mine last weekend too! they had lots of stuff. i can only go every once in a while, because i spend way too much. i just can't pass up a bargin!!!!

I didn't know Big Lots carried scrap supplies! That may end up being an expensive piece of new found knowledge.
