Been gone for a while--how is BLT 7 month availability going?

Just dreaming for our June of 2011 trip. We are celebrating our 25th anniversary then. After 3 years of spring break trips, we will be back to summer as the school where I work and the school where my kids go will have two different weeks off in 2011.
For our next trip in April we are staying at POR because I am saving my points to have more in 2011. My plan is to book our 2BR at SSR 11 months out. No problems with SSR; we loved it last year!
But at 7 months out, I'd like to try to switch it to 1BR at BLT (sleeps 5, so it would work). Lake view is what I'm hoping for. If it doesn't work out, that's OK, we love SSR, but I always like to try a new place.
How has the luck been running with getting BLT rooms at 7 months out?

It appears that at 7 months out most times of year except possibly very high demand times (which does not include June) most are finding Lake Views available but not standard or MK views.

Great! DH would love an MK view--we had a CR MK view room once a few years back--but I think the lake view would be nice and peaceful. We could go uptop to look at the MK anyhow if we really wanted to!
Guess I'll mark July on my calendar to book SSR, and November to try for BLT!

We booked a two bedroom lock off standard view well after our 7 month mark! I thought I'd have to waitlist..but it was available!!

We got a standard view studio at BLT for April vacation week (16th-21st) at 7 months.

Wow, you guys were lucky! I called at 11mos to book the beginning of our Aug. trip..ded 2br standard view. I called right at 7mos to book the rest, but had to book Lake View for the last few days and wait list for the standard view. Hopefully it comes through!!

We were able to book LV for 7 nights the first week in Aug with no problem. I called right at the 7 month mark. I didn't check for any other availability so I don't know if MK or SV were available.

Just yesterday I booked a 1 bed LV at BLT at 7 months foe Aug 30th - sept 4th!

I didn't even bother booking SSR at 11 months this time...whats the point??..I just wait till 7 months out and book what I want then..if its not available (never happened to me)...I would just book OKW or SSR then..
I can't be bothered with the messing around of booking and switching at 7 months.

Obviously I would book at 11 months for december...but thats about it.

We have a 2BDRM MKV booked for April 14-21st. Had booked OKW at 11 mos out (and with our few BLT points booked 2 nites at BLT), but was able to get the rest of the nites at BLT no problem at 7 mos!!!

Congrats on your 25 years (next year of course)!!! How wonderful for you!!!

We got BLT lake view (studio) for the last week in July. Didn't even book at 7 months - we waited until 6 months (I'm calculating that right, am I not?) We booked it just a few days ago.
