Been gone a while, nice to be back

Haven't been here for a bit except for a few post back to 2014, it's nice to be back.

Well, we haven't been in quite some time, kids grow and get jobs, family moves, priorities change. I'm very early in the planning stages for a trip to WDW in 2021 for Mom's 80th. It's her choice of venue and all have been given plenty of time to organize there time and money for the trip.

She would like to stay at one of the deluxe resorts in a concierge level room. Her last trip was with my dad before he passed and they stayed at AKL Concierge. They loved it and would like to go back but is kind of on the fence because she loved it but not sure how she feels about being at the place without my dad.

How are the concierge facilities at WDW these days? Which would you suggest? I've only stayed at a concierge room in AKL nowhere else. I have not stayed at any hotel or resort built after 2014. We did stay at most of the others at one time or another.

Depending on which parks you’ll spend the most time at, maybe start whittling away at choices that way. A monorail resort for more MK time, and Epcot resort for more EP and HS time.
