I made a LC cheesecake. Then I mixed up 5 double batches of SF Jello(lime, peach, cherry, orange, and strawberry-banana) Then I made a double batch of LC peanut butter cookies and baked some reg. sugar cookies for dd.Earlier in the day I cooked up some bacon and sausage so I could just heat it up for breakfast next week.

I have to really buckle down and get more serious about reaching my goal. I have been sort of half serious since January so I need to give myself a swift kick in the pants and get it in gear.

My first check-in for Curves is also on Monday. I have been more than the recommended 3 times per week so I hope to see some results.

I would really like to reach my goal by my 1 year anniv for Atkins.
I know that I will start weighing everyday again. Ever since I stopped checking myself everyday I have sort of slipped . I have gone days and days and even a couple of weeks without weighing and I know that does not work for me. Others out there do not recommend weighing each day but it is what helped me the most from June-Nov. I say do what works

It sounds like you're truly motivated to acheive your goal, Sheila. I think you're headed in the right direction.

by PLANNING!!! I think that is KEY for me! If I bake a plan-friendly treat for the week and/or freeze some (cheesecake freezes well, not sure about LC cheesecake) and then plan my lunches/dinners I do soooooo much better staying OP!

KUDOS to you for making a plan --- I know you can stick to it!!

Now that's what I call cookin! I usually try to do the same over the weekends, but have been so sidetracked the past 3 weekends. I'm stuck and I need a boost to get going again. Now we are going out of town this coming weekend. I'm going to try to do the same tomorrow to get me thru to the end of the week.

Thanks for posting!

Lissa

Great job Sheila!! I think you and I are in the same boat!! I have not been the same since the holidays. Don't get me wrong, I did good, but I did go off plan, and gained a couple of pounds. It has not been the same since then!
Sounds like you are on top of things, though. The first step is making a plan, and you have a great one!! When is your 1 year anniversary for Atkins? How much more do you want to lose? I have 9 more to my goal, and it is S-L-O-W goin'!!:yo-yo: I feel like I am yo-yo'in my way to goal!! Geesh!!
We can do it!! Great job on preparing yourself!!:teeth:

My one year will be up on June 6th. I officially have 39 more pounds to go to get to my goal but it really will depend on how I am looking by then. I am pleased to be able to wear size 14 now but a 12 or 10 would be even nicer!! It is the late nights that get me. Right now I am wanting to snack on something but I am trying hard to not get my hands on anything.
