Beef tenderloin gone from Les Chefs De France menu?

I am sure the Beef Tenderloin is still on the Dinner menu? I looked at the menu on the mouseforless and believe that they accidently posted the lunch menu for both lunch and dinner.

The menu at allears.net shows the following for dinner:

Filet de boeuf grille, sauce au poivre noir Gratin Dauphinois et haricots verts - Grilled tenderloin of beef with a black pepper sauce original potato gratin of Savoy and green beans $31.95

That is exactly right. I'm HOLDING a menu from Chefs De France right now, and it is still on the menu. We ate there on 6/24.

The menu us stamped: New May 2008, btw.

They removed the Beef Tenderloin from their menu during free dining last year. I was so disappointed!

Wonder if they took it off because it's the most expensive meal on the menu? But it's priced at $31.95; I know I've seen many more expensives meals at other Disney restaurants. Do they usually remove the most expensive items during this time?

Indeed, there was no steak on the menu for free dining last year, but they added duck ($$$), so I think it's mainly a menu rotation. And, pardon me the pun, it was ducklicious! :rotfl:

But duck is already on the menu - I had it in June. And you're right - it was ducklicious!:lmao:

Yes, I thought that too, but some of the prices didn't correlate with that...

Oh, well. I'm fine either way, we've never eaten at Chefs, but have an ADR there for September. DH is just a bit picky, and I'm sure he'll be ordering the steak if it's available. I gave away our Le Cellier reservation, and I'm trying to keep at least one reservation where I can have steak and cream brulee in the same meal!
