As much as I cook.... I've never made beef strogonoff!
It was a favorite of mine as a child. Anyway, I made a delicious roast in the crockpot yesterday and had a ton of leftovers ~ I kind of separated the meat into big shredded type peices - has anyone used this rather than ground beef for strogonoff??? I was thinking since I had a nice broth as well as gravy - I could heat it all up add some cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and a splash of white wine and serve it over egg noodles
Suggestions anyone? THANKS!!!
