Hi
im hopefully booking our girly trip to dlp tomorrow :cool1::banana::dance3::woohoo:
i have only ever stayed in the Cheyenne, i was thinking it maybe an idea to stay at the Santa fe as there are 3 adults and 1 child.

do you only ever get given a room with 2 double beds or do some of them have bunk beds like the Cheyenne? as i would like 2 double beds.

If you have been given a room with bunk beds was these requested or just randomly given to you?

I hope this made sense as im all excited and my fingers are not typing what my brain is telling it to type lol:rotfl:

Thanks

we had bunk beds 2 years ago . they were just allocated to us we didnt ask for them. we were so chuffed as we were on a tight budget and thought we might have made a mistake as the kids wanted bunk beds at the Cheyenne so were pleased when they gave us a room with bunk beds xx

We had bunk beds too. Building 14 Room 31. At the time when I booked online there was an option for bunk beds so I clicked that. That was back in 2007 though

Thanks for your replies
I think i will make a request for a room with 2 doubles and if we end up with a room with bunk beds it will be no different from if we had booked the Cheyenne, we too are on a budget as this trip is just a short girly get away.

Thanks again

When booking if you (online) 'change my room type' you can select Standard room (knocking £25.20 off the price) which is 2 double beds. I believe this is in every room now as the website says it doesn't when refining the search... :confused3

standard room at the Santa Fe usually means 2 double beds (although you're right, there is now no option online to request bunks). You don't pay any extra for bunks at the Santa Fe but if you do want one of the few bunk bedded rooms there, you'd be best to contact the hotel and request one.

standard room at the Cheyenne usually means one double and one set of bunks - its the only onsite hotel which doesn't offer 2 double beds in a room as a standard room.

do any of the rooms in the cheyenne have 2 doubles?

The beds in the Santa Fe are so so comfortable :thumbsup2 we had 2 doubles and were in block 40something at the very back, right at the bridge to the cheyenne

Hi
I don't think any of the rooms at the Cheyenne have doubles, i could be wrong but i have never been given one.
We ended up booking the Cheyenne as we know the hotel and as we are only there 3 nights my sister said she would be happy sleeping in the bunk bed
